For the first time, you can order your AYF Olympics gear before the weekend even starts. We’ll have it packed with your name on it at the Welcoming Desk — no lines, no digging through boxes, no finding out your size sold out on Saturday morning.
Orders close Friday, August 14. Pickup at the Marriott, September 3–6.
How It Works

Pick your gear and order by Friday, August 14. It takes about two minutes.
2. We Pack It
The Welcoming Committee packs your order before the weekend starts, with your name on it.
3. Pick Up at the Marriott
Swing by the Welcoming Desk any day of the Games, September 3–6, and grab your bag. Bring your order confirmation and ID.

The short version: order by August 14, pick it all up at the Welcoming Desk at the Marriott. That’s it.
Where and when do I pick up my order?
At the Welcoming Desk on the 2nd Floor at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe, September 3–6. Bring your order confirmation and ID. Desk hours: Thursday 3–8pm · Friday 8am–7pm · Saturday 8–10am & 3–7pm · Sunday 8am–12pm & 3–5pm. They’ll also be in your confirmation email. Pickup is at the Welcoming Desk only — not at the merch tents at Softball or Track.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes — add their name in the “note for the seller” box at checkout. Need to change your pickup person after ordering? Email them your order confirmation and they can show it at the Welcoming Desk.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Orders are final, but if something doesn’t fit, come see us at the Welcoming Desk during the Games — if we still have your size, we’ll happily swap it.
Can I get my items before the weekend, or have them shipped?
Unfortunately no — all orders are picked up on site at the Welcoming Desk during the Games.
Will merch be sold at the Games?
Yes — the full collection will be for sale all weekend at the Welcoming Desk and at the merch tents at Softball and Track, including items you won’t find online. Preordering ahead is the only way to be sure you get your size before we sell out!
